We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales leads over the phone, and electronic mail and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone and email.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
- Very good communication skills in English
- Good sales ability
- Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues

- Familiar with Microsoft products/technologies and other IT products and/or technologies
